With a background in physical therapy and rehabilitation, I have always lived and breathed wellness in my entire being. Despite all the knowledge I had and allegedly "good" genes that I inherited ;), my own health collapsed in, what I thought, were the best years of my life. It happened at the least expected time, a time I thought I was thriving and taking care of myself, but the illness silently snuck into my space. Does it all sound familiar to you, too ...?

In the turmoil and hassle of our daily lives we lose track of ourselves, our wellbeing, and we know that stress is not going away any time soon .... It is staying with us, around us as a natural part of life, but the art lays in how we tackle it. 

I have a passion for empowering people to take control of their physical and mental health. I believe that true health is achieved through a harmonious connection between body, mind and spirit. My approach to health is based on the principle of bio-individuality, where each person is unique and deserves a personalized approach to their health journey. My method is designed to help you achieve a state of physical, mental, and emotional well-being to become the best version of yourself. Health is multidimensional. 

My coaching method is grounded in the belief that the body has an innate ability to heal itself by itself, if given the right environment, and I strive to help you tap into that power through personalized, comprehensive and holistic programs.
